  • Individuals who live in Northern Virginia (Reston, Herndon, Dulles, Sterling, Chantilly, Ashburn, Great Falls, etc)

How does it work:

  • Trainer meets you at your preferred training location

  • Sessions run 45 min - Which includes:

  • Warm-up - All sessions start with Full body mobilization routine with muscle-specific activation exercises specific to that workout

  • The Workout - A variety of exercises selected and combined specifically depending on client's goals. (Strength, Mobility, Endurance, Power, Balance, Etc)

  • Cool Down - Lastly, finished off with SMR (self-myofascial release) and stretching techniques to aid in post-workout recovery.

How much does it cost:

In-person personal training Prices starting at - $75.00 per session
