Is there a difference between VIP ACCESS & 1:1 Online Coaching?
Yes! VIP is access to a workout database, 1:1 is personalized exercise & macro programing.
Can I intergrate with my apple watch or fitbit?
Yes! And you can do so much to do in the app, for starters:
You can track your workouts, nutrition, and metrics
You can record your progress photos
You can access challenging workouts
You can get access to Personal Trainers and advice in the app chat system

Can I cancel my subscription?
Go to your navigation icon in the top corner.
Go to 'Financials'.
At the top go to 'Packages' at the top.
You can then click the 3 dots next to the package to view then will allow you to cancel.
Sorry to see you go, but we understand life happens!
What does my free trial come with?
After signing up for a free trial, you will need to create an account and fill out a couple forms. Once you've completed a questionnaire, you will get access to a limited collection of workouts to use for the next 7 days.
However, I may throw in a few bonus workouts for you to try out depending on your goals so that way you can get the most out of your free trial!
I forgot to download the app after making my account, is there a link?
Yes! You have to already have an account made first (If you don't, check out our 7 Day free trial to make one!)

Do you provide any other servises such as in-person personal training?
Yes, I also provide in-person as well as virtual training (Facetime/Google Duo) however my time and resources are limited. I provide at-home in-person training (following CDC guidelines of course) and if you are in the northern virginia area this might work for you. For virtual training, it can be done anywhere and from any device, all you need is some room to exercise (enough space for exercises such as planks and lunges) and an available time.If you are intrested in any of these options and want to set up a consultation, feel free to contact me via this form here.
